HEATING AND PLUMBING
We carry out heating and plumbing works - from a leaky tap to a complete boiler replacement. All our engineers are Gas Safe registered and we also arrange Landlords Gas Safety Certification (CP12)
ELECTRICAL
Our electrical services range from minor works such as installing a new light fitting or additional power socket to major works such as rewiring your property or installing/replacing a fuse board. All our electricians are NICEIC registered.
For emergency repairs we offer a 24 hour Emergency Call Out Service.

GENERAL BUILDING MAINTENANCE
Our general maintenance includes all common handy man jobs and more skilled work such as brickwork, carpentry, plastering, roofing, flooring, drainage, glazing, painting and decorating.
REFURBISHMENTS
Includes kitchen and bathroom fitting, extensions, HMO and HHSRS requirements. Work can be carried out while the property is empty. We always ensure work is carried out efficiently with minimal inconvenience.
